This dataset comprises gene expression data generated via RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) for cuttings of Diospyros kaki rootstock during adventitious root formation induced by exogenous indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) across multiple time points. This study aims to uncover the gene regulatory mechanisms underlying IBA-induced adventitious root initiation and development, with a focus on the dynamics of differentially expressed genes (DEGs), and to further explore the signaling pathways associated with root primordium formation and elongation through bioinformatic analyses. The dataset includes samples collected at multiple time points both before and after treatment, which facilitates research on the dynamics of gene expression and their correlation with adventitious root formation.
