Harmonic Baseline Experiments

This dataset accompanies a study of harmonic baseline model parameterization for forest condition monitoring. These rasters represent a series of experiments testing the impact of changing the following parameters on condition score estimates for the Landsat scenes intersecting Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut: <strong>Spectral transforms:</strong> Tasseled Cap Greenness (TCG) Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) Simple Ratio (SR) Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI) <strong>Baseline period:</strong> 2000-2010 2005-2015 <strong>Harmonic frequencies:</strong> 1/365.25, 2/365.25 (h12) 1/365.25, 3/365.25 (h13) <strong>Time series image inputs:</strong> All available observations (full) Single-sensor (16d) All results are for the year 2017 and we have also included the 2017 assessment produced as part of our "reanalysis" study for comparison.
