Data and code for: Decoupled particle and coherence contributions to heat transport and compositional contrast in rare-earth-substituted zirconia
收藏资源简介:
Supporting data, time-stamped pre-registration records, figures, and analysis, figure and verification code for the manuscript "Decoupled particle and coherence contributions to heat transport and compositional contrast in rare-earth-substituted zirconia". Contents: particle and coherence components of the lattice thermal conductivity of rare-earth-substituted zirconia from the Wigner transport equation over a four-rung q-mesh ladder of seven entries, a 21-entry standard-cutoff population (17 compositions) and a 17-entry temperature scan from 300 to 1500 K; per-mode frequencies, linewidths and group velocities of 34 entries; results with an independent foundation potential; a linewidth-only ablation; two subset tests of the fixed-cell population; the scheduler resource records behind the cost accounting; and three pre-registration records, deposited unaltered in Korean with full English companions. The figure scripts regenerate the six figures and the three supplementary figures from the deposited data; the rendered figures themselves are not deposited. Verification scripts recompute every plotted value and check it against the captions and the text, check every locked number against the manuscript and the Supplementary Material, rebuild the contrast, rank-transfer and substitution-fraction statistics, and score the pre-registered verdicts. All scripts run from inside the flat deposit directory. Not included: the off-diagonal velocity-operator array for Y50F (118 MB, available from the author on request), transport output files other than Y50F at q4, structures, force constants and potential files, and the manuscript build chain. See README.md. Version 3 follows the manuscript as rewritten for the International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer (new title; the manuscript and its Supplementary Material are no longer deposited, this record holds the data and the code): the rendered figures, the graphical abstract and the Fig. 1a CIF removed, one label of the Fig. 4d generator corrected to a directional ratio, a script for the substitution-fraction statistics of Section 3.3, and the graphical abstract removed. No calculation was added or repeated and no previously deposited data file changed. Version 4 only removes the specific target-journal name from the description above; the manuscript has since been redirected between journals more than once and the record should not need a new version each time that happens. No calculation was added or repeated and no deposited data file changed from version 3.
