Effects of embedded Acceptance and Commitment Training in DVM and RVT programs as students transition into the workforce

This project will study whether a training program targeting reactivity to difficult client interactions, embedded into veterinary technician (RVT) and medicine (DVM) education, can reduce stress, burnout, and symptoms of depression and anxiety as trainees transition into the workforce.
