transcriptional map of wild-type mice and Ko-Dectin1 mice was analysed in adipose tissue, we screened 185 differentially expressed genes, and further identified 38 differentially expressed genes (including 9 up-regulated genes and 29 down-regulated genes), Log2FC > 2, P < 0.05. These differentially expressed genes play an important role in regulating fat deposition and metabolism in adipose tissue. Overall design: MRNA profiles were measured in 7 wild-type mice and 7 KO-Dectin1 mice
