Replication package for "Consolidating coins only at payment times: an online analysis with an application to Bitcoin wallets"

Analysis protocol with full version history, experiment log, fee-rate data, per-instance results of all wallet experiments inside Bitcoin Core 30.2 on a regression-test chain, the wallet harness, tabulation and bootstrap scripts, two independent brute-force checkers for the theorems, and supplementary proofs. Running evidence/make_numbers.py regenerates every number in the manuscript.
