Description Dataset Description This dataset contains 1699 luxury residential house rental listings collected from four of the most prestigious residential areas in Dhaka, Bangladesh: Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara DOHS & Tejgaon. These locations represent the premium housing market and consist primarily of high-end apartments and luxury residences with diverse structural, locational, and amenity-related characteristics. The dataset has been developed to support research in house rent prediction, real estate analytics, machine learning, deep learning, regression modelling, and property valuation. It provides a comprehensive collection of property attributes that influence rental prices within Bangladesh's luxury housing market. The dataset consists of 1699 property records and 25 variables, with each record representing a unique rental property listing. Total Number of Floors: Total floors in the building. Price: Monthly rental price. Service Charge: Monthly maintenance or service charge. Build Year: Year of construction. Area: Residential location of the property. Extra Amenities: Additional facilities such as gym, swimming pool, rooftop access, security, 24-hour CCTV coverage, and automatic fire alarm system. Generator: Availability of generator backup. Property Type: Type of residential property. Interior: Interior finishing or furnishing condition. Building Registration Type: Registration or ownership category of the building. Road In Front of House: Width or type of road adjacent to the property. Gas: Availability of gas connection.
