Data and R code for: Food system resilience under compounding crises in MENA: mapping conceptual and system-level blind spots

This repository contains the data and R code that support the scoping review “Food system resilience under compounding crises in MENA: mapping conceptual and system-level blind spots.” The repository includes two complementary resources: 1. Coded dataset: An Excel-based extraction matrix containing the coded evidence from the 47 peer-reviewed studies included in the scoping review. The dataset records bibliographic, geographic, temporal, theoretical, methodological, and substantive characteristics of the included studies, including crisis types, food-system components, resilience dimensions, commodities, and other variables used in the analysis. 2. R code: The complete R analytical workflow used to clean and structure the extracted data, generate binary indicators, perform co-occurrence and association analyses, conduct correspondence and network analyses, calculate the Pathway Coverage Index (PCI), and generate the figures and summary outputs reported in the manuscript. These materials are provided to promote transparency, reproducibility, and reuse of the analytical workflow.
