Core GFA representation of the 11-assembly graph pangenome of Fraxinus mandshurica

This dataset contains the compressed GFA file Fraxinus_Pan.gfa.gz, representing the graph pangenome constructed from 11 chromosome-scale Fraxinus mandshurica genome assemblies. The graph includes eight newly generated phased haplotypes from four diploid individuals, designated FmA1H1, FmA1H2, FmA2H1, FmA2H2, FmA3H1, FmA3H2, FmA4H1 and FmA4H2, together with three previously published assemblies designated M8, F98 and DFY6. The FmM8 assembly was used as the reference backbone. The graph was generated using the Minigraph-Cactus workflow and provides the core graph topology, sequence segments, links and assembly paths used for graph-based structural-variation analysis and population genotyping in Manchurian ash.
