西天山地区鸟类标本、组织样品、照片、观测数据集（2023）

为描述西天山地区鸟类物种的本底资料，并建立相应的遗传资源库。2023年子课题（2019QZKK05010112）集中在新疆自治区伊犁州察布查尔县、尼勒克县、新源县、巩留县、特克斯县、昭苏县的西天山地区开展调查，并采集鸟类标本及组织样品。本数据集包含1个标本信息表，1个组织样品信息表，1个鸟类观测数据信息表，586张鸟类考察标本照片，4980张鸟类考察生态照片。标本、组织样品信息表包含物种、品种、详细采样地、样品类型、采集时间、采集人、保存方式等基本样品信息。鸟类观测数据信息表包括观测物种、地点、经纬度、观测时间等信息。

To document the baseline data of bird species in the Western Tianshan Mountains and establish a corresponding genetic resource bank, the 2023 sub-project (Grant No. 2019QZKK05010112) conducted field surveys and collected bird specimens and tissue samples in the Western Tianshan regions of Qapqal Xibe Autonomous County, Nilka County, Xinyuan County, Gongliu County, Tekes County and Zhaosu County, Ili Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. This dataset includes 1 specimen information table, 1 tissue sample information table, 1 bird observation data table, 586 bird survey specimen photographs, and 4980 bird ecological survey photographs. The specimen and tissue sample information tables contain basic sample information such as species, subspecies, detailed sampling location, sample type, collection date, collector and preservation method. The bird observation data table includes information such as observed species, survey location, longitude and latitude, and observation date.
