The Ordinance on the Lokstedt 12 development plan of 9 October 1973 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 429) is amended as follows:
1.The "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the Lokstedt 12 Development Plan" is attached to the Ordinance.
2.§ 2 is amended as follows:
1.The previous text becomes point 1.
2.The following point 2 is added:
"2. For the area shown hatched in the annex (Julius-Vosseler-Straße, Vizelinstraße, eastern borders of the parcels 1765, 1772 to 1794 and southern borders of the parcels 1795 to 1798 of the district Lokstedt) applies:
2.1 The roofs of residential buildings shall be designed as flat roofs or sloping roofs with a slope of not more than 6 degrees. Staggered bullets are inadmissible.
2.2 Bright colours shall be used for the exterior walls of residential buildings.
2.3 Exceeding the building limits in the rear areas of the property by means of balconies, loggias, bay windows and conservatories can be permitted up to 2.5 m. Exceedance of the front construction limits by single-storey porches and bay windows up to a depth of 1.5 m can be permitted. The width of the porches and bay windows shall not exceed half the width of the building, but not more than 4 m."
1973年10月9日发布的《Lokstedt 12号开发规划条例(Ordinance on the Lokstedt 12 development plan)》(载于《汉堡法律与公报》第429页)现作如下修改:
1. 本条例附件为《修改〈Lokstedt 12号开发规划条例〉的条例附件(Annex to the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the Lokstedt 12 Development Plan)》。
2. 第2条修改如下:
1. 原条文调整为第1款。
2. 新增第2款:
"2. 本条例适用于附件中以阴影线标注的区域(Lokstedt区的Julius-Vosseler-Straße、Vizelinstraße、地块(parcels)1765、1772至1794的东侧边界,以及地块1795至1798的南侧边界):
2.1 住宅建筑屋顶应设计为平屋顶(flat roofs)或坡度(slope)不超过6度的坡屋顶(sloping roofs),不得设置错落式突出结构。
2.2 住宅建筑外墙应采用亮色涂装。
2.3 依托阳台(balconies)、凉廊(loggias)、凸窗(bay windows)及阳光房(conservatories)超出物业后方建筑控制线(building limits)的,最大允许突出距离为2.5米。依托单层门廊(porches)及凸窗(bay windows)超出前方建筑控制线(building limits)的,最大允许进深为1.5米。门廊(porches)及凸窗(bay windows)的宽度不得超过建筑宽度的一半,且不得超过4米。"
