楸树不仅能够改善人居环境,促进生态环境的良性循环,而且是优良的经济树种,对农民增收致富起着重要的作用。本申请人针对这一市场需求投入楸树种植自动化工具的研发,并针对基础种植用具技术进行改进及专利布局,在此情况下提出了对楸树种植及应用进行技术分析的需求,特委托专业代理机构进行该分析,并将分析数据进行数据知识产权登记。
具体分析中,对楸树的育苗选育工艺、种植设备及其楸树植株的加工应用进行了分析检索,分析平台为incopat数据平台,具体检索方式为关键词+分类号的方式,构建的专利检索式为“((ALL=(楸树))”,共检索到数据四百余条,经过简单同族合并之后,数据为三百余条。得到初始数据后,分析人员建立楸树种植应用技术导航库,从技术主题和技术功效两个方面进行标引,技术主题标引主要包括选育育苗、楸树提取物、楸树植株应用、种植工具四个方面,技术功效主要包括促生长性能、保健性能好、高效防护、生态安全性高、工作效率提高等方面,且因为整体数据量不大,在标引过程中进行了人工去噪,最终得到数据273条,实现了对楸树种植应用数据的全面集合。
Catalpa bungei not only improves living environments and promotes the virtuous cycle of the ecological environment, but also serves as an excellent economic tree species, playing a vital role in increasing farmers' income and promoting their prosperity. In response to this market demand, the present applicant has invested in the R&D of automated tools for Catalpa bungei planting, carried out improvements to basic planting tool technologies, and conducted patent layout planning. Against this background, the applicant put forward the requirement for technical analysis of Catalpa bungei planting and its applications, hereby entrusted a professional agency to conduct this analysis, and completed data intellectual property registration for the analyzed dataset. In the specific analysis, analytical searches were conducted on the seedling cultivation and breeding techniques, planting equipment, and processing and applications of Catalpa bungei plants. The analysis was carried out on the Incopat data platform, using the keyword + classification number retrieval method. The constructed patent retrieval formula was "((ALL=(Catalpa bungei))". A total of over 400 records were retrieved, and after simple patent family consolidation, the number of records was reduced to over 300. After obtaining the initial dataset, the analysts established a technical navigation database for Catalpa bungei planting and applications, and performed indexing from two dimensions: technical themes and technical effects. The technical theme indexing mainly covers four aspects: breeding and seedling cultivation, Catalpa bungei extracts, applications of Catalpa bungei plants, and planting tools. The technical effects mainly include growth promotion performance, good health care efficacy, efficient protection, high ecological safety, improved work efficiency, and other aspects. Due to the small overall size of the dataset, manual denoising was conducted during the indexing process. Finally, 273 valid records were obtained, achieving a comprehensive collection of Catalpa bungei planting and application data.
