施工補充說明書及其附件

一、提供「施工補充說明書」及其附件，包含「附件1 - 經濟部水利署暨所屬機關工程施工進度控管注意事項」、「附件2 - 公共工程汛期工地防災減災作業要點」、「附件3 - 經濟部水利署及所屬機關植栽工程驗收及養護規定」、「附件4 - 經濟部水利署水工機械或機電工程操作、維護資料及訓練規定」、「附件5 - 公共工程趕工實施要點」。
二、契約文件若有相互衝突或不一致之情形者，除另有規定外，其適用之優先順序為契約本文(含附錄)、投標須知、開決標紀錄、圖說、施工補充說明書、工程標單、規範、依契約所提出之履約文件或資料。上述同一文件或圖書，其採用之優先順序以發給時間較近者優先適用。

1. Provide the Supplementary Construction Instructions and its supporting attachments, including:
- Attachment 1 - Matters Needing Attention for Construction Progress Control of Projects of the Water Resources Agency, Ministry of Economic Affairs and its affiliated agencies
- Attachment 2 - Key Points for Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Operations at Construction Sites during Flood Season for Public Works
- Attachment 3 - Regulations for Acceptance and Maintenance of Planting Projects of the Water Resources Agency, Ministry of Economic Affairs and its affiliated agencies
- Attachment 4 - Regulations for Operation, Maintenance Documentation and Training of Hydraulic Machinery or Electromechanical Projects of the Water Resources Agency, Ministry of Economic Affairs
- Attachment 5 - Key Points for Expedited Construction of Public Works
2. In the event of conflicts or inconsistencies among any contract documents, unless otherwise specified, the applicable priority sequence is: Contract Text (including appendices), Bid Instructions, Bid Opening and Award Records, Drawings and Illustrations, Supplementary Construction Instructions, Project Bidding Documents, Specifications, and Performance Documents or materials submitted pursuant to the contract. For the same document or drawing/blueprint mentioned above, the one issued later shall take precedence in application.
