质谱仪器校准测试报告数据集

该数据集描述了项目自研仪器高灵敏度高分辨串级质谱仪与进口商品化仪器Q Exactive在同物质m/z在准确范围区间的校准数据。均采用商品化的标准品试剂对仪器进行定期校准，使用注射器取相同量的校正液，以相同流速进入质谱，待信号稳定后，进行质谱检测实际值对比验证，对性能参数进行标定，保证仪器检测效果符合课题研究要求。

This dataset documents calibration data of the self-developed high-sensitivity high-resolution tandem mass spectrometer and the imported commercial Q Exactive mass spectrometer, collected within the accurate m/z range of the same substance. Both instruments were calibrated regularly using commercial standard reagents. The same volume of calibration solution was withdrawn via syringe and introduced into the two mass spectrometers at an identical flow rate. After the detection signal stabilized, actual values from mass spectrometry tests were compared and verified, followed by calibration of performance parameters to ensure that the detection performance of both instruments meets the requirements of the research project.
