Longitudinal antibody repertoire sequencing of a SHIV-infected rhesus macaque

Antibody repertoire sequencing (IgM+ and longitudinal IgG+) of a rhesus macaque. Rhesus macaque T681 developed antibody lineage RHA10 in response to SHIV infection, and deep sequencing of antibody repertoire transcripts was performed to analyze lineage development. This dataset includes bulk antibody repertoire sequencing from IgM+ and IgG+ B cells to allow determination of T681's individualized germline gene repertoire and analysis of the RHA10 antibody lineage maturation, respectively.
