Research data supporting “Activation of Toll-like receptors nucleates assembly of the MyDDosomme signaling hub”

Live cell confocal microscopy of NF-kappaB nuclear translocation and TNFalpha promoter activation in RAW294.7 cells in response to several concentrations of LPS or CRX-555. The data set consists of TIFF image files (GFP-tagged NF-kappaB, TNFalpha promoter-driven mCherry, and bright field) and excel spread sheet files of single cell analysis data.
