资源简介:
Our comprehensive analysis of 6,722 Chinese SARS-CoV-2 sequences reveals alarming VYD2311 monoclonal antibody escape potential, with 97.1% (6,528/6,722) of sequences harboring at least one escape mutation and 72.7% containing critical binding site variants. The dominant S501T mutation present in 35.7% of sequences directly targets the key ACE2-binding residue within VYD2311's epitope, while concurrent S500T (35.3%) and S417T (44.7%) mutations suggest convergent evolution toward antibody resistance. These findings from China's 2023-2025 surveillance data demonstrate rapid selection pressure against next-generation monoclonal antibodies. Data processed by: TahirHB@Hotmail.Com
