Information on the use of public funds during the construction, repair and reconstruction of road infrastructure facilities and the progress of projects

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information", public information in the form of open data (open data) is published for free and free access to it. Open data is allowed for its further free use and dissemination. Any person may freely copy, publish, distribute, use, in particular for commercial purposes, in combination with other information or by inclusion in his own product open data with a mandatory reference to the source of their receipt. The condition for any further use of open data is a mandatory link to the source of their receipt (including a hyperlink to the web page of the open data of the information manager)依据乌克兰《关于获取公共信息的法律》，以开放数据（open data）形式存在的公共信息将免费发布并供公众免费获取。开放数据允许被后续免费使用与传播。任何主体均可自由复制、发布、分发、使用该等开放数据——尤其可将其用于商业目的，或与其他信息结合，或将其纳入自身产品中，但必须注明其获取来源。对开放数据的任何后续使用，均需以标注其获取来源为必要前提，该来源可包括指向信息管理者开放数据网页的超链接。
