Current study aimed to identify the 400 mGy X-ray irradiation-induced unique gene expression changes in the hippocampus of the 17-month-old 3xTg-AD mice. Overall design: The 13.5-month-old 3xTg-AD mice and the age-matched wildtype mice received biweekly X-ray irradiation at 50 mGy/sham irradiation 8 times. When the mice reached 17 months old, the hippocampus from the different groups was harvested for bulk RNA sequencing (n=3-6 from each treatment group), and a total of 18 samples were analyzed.
