This dataset contains 130 fluorescence microscopy movies of 2D cardiac muscle bundles from hiPSC-cardiomyocytes with α-actinin-GFP reporter. Movies include baseline and drug-treated samples (mavacamten, endothelin-1, and isoproterenol) captured at 100 frames per second. This dataset accompanies an adapted version of SarcGraph designed for high-throughput analysis of 2DMB videos.
