Database of visible reflectance, solar reflectance and emissivity of urban materials

This dataset compiles visible reflectance, solar reflectance, and thermal emissivity values for 181 commercial urban materials commonly used in façades, roofs, and pavements. The objective of the research is to support the characterization of urban surfaces and to enable analyses of their impact on outdoor microclimates, building energy demand, and urban thermal comfort. Data were collected between 2023 and 2025 within the mateMad research project.
