Pleistocene sea-level fluctuations impact the genetic differentiation and demographic history of plants on a land-bridge island in southeastern Brazil

This project includes raw RADseq sequencing data from multiple insular and mainland populations of forest plant species from southeastern Brazil. The data were generated to support analyses of population structure and demographic history, with a focus on the effects of Quaternary sea-level changes on connectivity between land-bridge islands and the mainland.
