Solar Radiation Data in Cambridge Bay - CHARS Renewable and Alternative Energy priority

Two pyranometers were installed on a tripod, one horizontally and one at 69 degrees to the horizontal (equal to the latitude). A snow depth sensor was also installed on the tripod. A solar tracker with a shaded pyranometer and pyrheliometer, in order to measure diffuse and direct solar radiation, is planned for spring 2015. Global horizontal and tilted radiation measured at 1 minute intervals.

两台总辐射表（pyranometer）被安装于三脚架上，一台水平放置，另一台与水平面成69度夹角（该角度与纬度相等）。三脚架上同时安装了雪深传感器。为测量散射太阳辐射与直接太阳辐射，一套搭载遮光式总辐射表与直接辐射表（pyrheliometer）的太阳跟踪器计划于2015年春季部署。实验以1分钟为间隔采集总水平辐射与倾斜辐射数据。
