Data used in publication: A comparative metagenomic analysis of antibiotic resistance in the fecal microbiome of pigs raised with and without antibiotics. Metagenomic data was obtained from a public database representing the fecal microbiome of pigs that were raised with and without antibiotics. Metagenomic data was used to identify the microbiome, resistome and mobilome. Bioprojects and run numbers can be found in the metadata provided in the publication.

本论文所用数据源自一项研究：针对饲喂抗生素与未饲喂抗生素的生猪粪便微生物组中抗生素抗性的比较宏基因组分析。宏基因组数据取自公开数据库，该数据库收录了饲喂抗生素与未饲喂抗生素的生猪粪便微生物组相关数据。本研究利用宏基因组数据对微生物组、抗性组（resistome）与可移动基因组（mobilome）进行鉴定。生物项目编号与测序运行编号可在本论文附带的元数据中查询获取。
