SeaPerson is a dataset built for locating small-scale individuals, which can assist in rapid maritime rescue, beach safety inspections and other relevant tasks. Its image resolution is primarily 1920 × 1080, with extremely small target sizes (approximately 22.6 pixels). Dataset attributes: The proposed SeaPerson is analogous to TinyPerson, with its scale being roughly 7 times that of TinyPerson. Both the absolute and relative sizes of the objects are very small. Additionally, equipped with complete bounding box annotations, SeaPerson can also serve as a dataset for tiny object detection.
