By degrading different RNAs, the RNA exosome is an important factor in the RNA quality control system. MTR4 is one of the essential co-factors of the RNA exosome in the nucleus. Here, to find out the target transcripts of MTR4, we used RNA-seq in short-read and long-read, as well as 3'- seq following a chase of DRB treatment.
