A new roadmap for an age-inclusive workforce management practice and an international policies comparison

This article presents an in-depth analysis of applied and proposed policies, strategies, and approaches for managing aging workforce in workplaces. The primary objective of this paper is to propose a new systematic research-based roadmap that aims to support executives and administrators in implementing an age-inclusive workforce management program.The roadmap integrates and builds on published literature, best practices, and international policies and initiatives that were identified, collected, and analysed by the authors.The roadmap provides a critical comparison of age-inclusive management practices and policies at three different levels of intervention: international, country, and company. Data collection and analysis were conducted simultaneously across the mentioned eight countries: Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Slovenia, and the USA.本文针对职场中老年劳动力管理的现行政策、拟议策略及实施路径展开深入剖析。本研究的核心目标在于提出一套全新的、基于系统性研究的实施路线图，旨在助力企业高管与行政管理人员推行年龄包容性劳动力管理方案。该路线图整合并依托作者团队甄别、收集与分析后的已发表文献、行业最佳实践及国际政策与倡议成果进行构建，针对国际、国家、企业三类不同干预层级的年龄包容性管理实践与政策展开严谨对比分析。研究同步于上述八个国家（加拿大、法国、德国、意大利、日本、新西兰、斯洛文尼亚及美国）开展数据收集与分析工作。
