To further development of our gene expression approach to aging, we have employed lncRNA/mRNA microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform to identify genes with the potential to distinguish cardiac aging. We collected hearts from 3-month-old and naturally aged 20-month-old mice, respectively. Age-related differentially expressed lncRNAs and mRNAs were obtained by the method of RNA sequencing microarray of mouse heart tissue. Age induced gene expression was measured in 3-month-old mouse heart and 20-month-old mouse heart . Five independent experiments were performed at each group(3m and 20m) using different donors for each experiment.
