Bibliometric dataset: Genetic research on beef organoleptic traits

This dataset contains the complete bibliometric records of 7,244 articles retrieved from Web of Science Core Collection on genetic research related to beef organoleptic traits. It includes standard export fields from WoS such as authors, affiliations, publication year, journal, citations, keywords, abstracts, and research categories. The raw data provided here allows full replication of the scientometric screening, analysis, and visualization processes reported in the accompanying study.
