The epitope sequence is reported in O'Hara et al., Vaccine. 2010 Oct 8 28(43):7035-46. [PMID: 20727394]. An epitope-specific chimeric mAb (c-mAb) was produced with murine VL and VH domains, and human IgG1 and kappa constant regions. The c-mAb was found to protect 3/10 mice challenged with ricin after receiving the adoptively transferred c-MAb.
