Pollen grain diameters from <i>Citrullus lanatus, Cucurbits maxima, Cucurbita moschata, Cucurbita pepo, Delosperma cooperi, Typha</i> spp., and <i>Trifolium incarnatum</i> were measured using a Zeiss Axio Imager.A1 microscope (Zeiss, Jena, Germany) outfitted with a Jenoptik ProgRes<sup>®</sup> C3 camera with ProgRes<sup>®</sup> CapturePro software (both Jenoptik AG, Jena, Germany). For each species of pollen, approximately 1.5 mg of previously frozen pollen was placed on a concave slide, mixed with 50% glycerol, and covered with a cover slip. Ten pollen grains were chosen haphazardly and the diameter of each grain was measured using the ProgRes<sup>®</sup> CapturePro software “Measure” module in two directions, one perpendicular to the other. Both diameter measurements were used in a cluster analysis to group species by pollen diameter.<br><b>TYPE:</b> abbreviation of plant species<b>M1final:</b> Diameter length 1 in microns (μm)<b>M2final:</b> Diameter length 2 in microns (μm)<b>SIZE1:</b> Designation of pollen grain as "Small" or "Large" based on k-means cluster analysis<b>SIZE2:</b> Designation of pollen grain as "Small" or "Large" based on <i>k</i>-means cluster analysis with "<i>Typha</i>" pollen labeled separately due to the difference in performance of <i>P. mexicanus</i> on this pollen diet.<br>
