Citrus hybrid cultivar cultivar:Ponkan mandarin Raw sequence reads

To understand how changes in DNA methylation disrupt gene expression and lead to pollen abortion, RNA sequencing was performed on at three stages of two genotype pollen. A total of 1,379 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified of two genotypes at the pre-meiosis stage, with 1,191 up-regulated and 185 down-regulated genes in the mutant compared with the wild-type. At the meiosis stage, 909 genes were DEGs, and 527 genes were up-regulated and 382 were down-regulated . A total of 4,120 DEGs were identified, 2,570 genes up-regulated and 1,550 down-regulated at the anther dehiscence stage.
