This study simulated and made a comparative study between Aspen Plus and Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) for the anaerobic digestion of food waste at different temperatures, Organic Loading Rates (OLR) and Hydraulic Retentions Time (HRT) variations, using a two-stage digester setup.
