This repository contains an online supplement to Lipkin et al. (2022): [Probabilistic atlas for the language network based on precision fMRI data from >800 individuals]. In this supplement, we follow the methods of the original work to develop probabilistic atlases of the multiple demand (MD) and theory of mind (ToM) brain networks, based on 691 and 198 participants respectively. All methods of data collection, preprocessing and first-level modeling, and atlas creation follow identically from the original work. Descriptions of participant demographics and task versions for these updated samples can be found in the Methods PDF. The atlases are supplied as NIfTI files in the MNI volumetric format. Plots of the atlas topographies are available in the included PNG. To cite this supplement, please reference Lipkin et al. (2022) as well as this repository via the DOIs provided below.
