Data shows a list of Registered and Umbrella Bodies that contain ‘Trust’, ‘PCT’, ‘NHS’, Healthcare’, ‘Hospital’, ‘Primary Care Trust’, ‘National Health Service’ , ‘Foundation Trust’, ‘CCG’ and ‘Area Team. The spreadsheet includes the company name, the number of applications submitted by e-Bulk and by the number submitted by paper in the last 12 months and 24 months. Produced for an FOI request.本数据集收录了一批符合指定关键词的注册机构与伞形机构清单，所涉关键词包括：信托机构（Trust）、初级保健信托（PCT，全称Primary Care Trust）、国民保健署（NHS，全称National Health Service）、医疗保健、医院、初级保健信托、国民保健署、基金会信托（Foundation Trust）、临床委托团体（CCG）以及区域团队（Area Team）。本表格涵盖机构名称，以及各机构在过往12个月与24个月内，通过电子批量（e-Bulk）渠道提交的申请数量与纸质提交的申请数量。本数据集系为响应信息自由法（Freedom of Information，FOI）请求而编制。
