课题分析了电控系统安全特征演化表象,基于真实实车试验得到的整车控制器耐久性数据、耐环境性数据实现对电控系统全生命周期安全状态演化趋势的解析。电控系统性能演化分析和健康状态评估结果是基于新能源汽车防控平台获取的云端实车数据得到的,主要记录了整车控制器峰值电流、车辆绝缘电阻等观测值,数据量4.3MB。
This study analyzes the apparent evolutionary manifestations of the safety characteristics of electronic control systems. Based on the durability data and environmental resistance data of the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) obtained from real vehicle tests, it elucidates the evolution trend of the full-life-cycle safety status of the electronic control system. The results of electronic control system performance evolution analysis and health state assessment are derived from cloud-based real vehicle data collected via the new energy vehicle prevention and control platform. This dataset mainly records observation values including the peak current of the VCU and vehicle insulation resistance, with a total data volume of 4.3 MB.
