A comparative study on the physicochemical characteristics of keratin extracted from three commercial bird feathers and its antibacterial activity

The study brings out the physicochemical difference of the extracted keratin from three bird feathers. The FTIR and XRD data of the three keratin samples obtained from different bird feathers were deposited for future use and interpretation. The Zone of inhibition of the different keratin samples was attached.

本研究揭示了三种鸟类羽毛提取角蛋白（keratin）的理化性质差异。本研究获取的三种鸟类羽毛源角蛋白样品的傅里叶变换红外光谱（FTIR）与X射线衍射（XRD）数据已存档，以供后续使用与阐释。不同角蛋白样品的抑菌圈（Zone of inhibition）数据已随本研究附出。
