Transcriptome analysis of C. glabrata mutants evolved for improved tolerance to H2O2. Overall design: Both mutant and parental reference were challenged with 1 mM of H2O2 for 30 minutes at 30°C during exponential growth (OD600 between 0.4 and 0.6), two biological replicates per sample, reference is unevolved parent strain for each mutant.
