Meta AI 2025 Respondent Questionnaire

The Meta AI 2025 Respondent Questionnaire Dataset contains responses collected from students of Universitas Terbuka (Indonesia) in 2025 regarding their experiences and perceptions of using the Meta AI feature on WhatsApp for distance learning. The questionnaire explores various aspects of user interaction with Meta AI, including the frequency of use, the type of device utilized, perceived usefulness in supporting online education, and the intention to continue using Meta AI for learning activities. It also gathers participants’ opinions and suggestions on how the feature can be improved to better support digital learning environments. This dataset aims to provide insights into how artificial intelligence is integrated into social media platforms to enhance educational experiences, particularly in remote and self-paced learning contexts. Researchers can use this dataset to study user behavior, technology adoption, and the effectiveness of AI-assisted tools in education. The dataset is provided in .xlsx format and includes approximately 35 variables. All survey questions and responses are written in Indonesian, and the data collection took place in October 2025. This dataset contributes to the growing body of research on the intersection of artificial intelligence, communication technology, and digital education.
