Pseudomonas aeruginosa Transcriptome or Gene expression

This project aims to identify the mechanism of a nalD mutation evolved in Pseudomonas aeruginosa in a bone marrow transplant patient. The nalD mutation enables the isolate to gain aztreonam resistance. The transcriptiomic were investigated when no aztreonam was added for both azt-sensitive and -resistant isolates, as well as different levels of sublethal aztreonam (2ng/ul for sensitive, 4ng/ul for resistant) were added.
