资源简介:
Drug-resistant tuberculosis (DR-TB) has emerged as one of the gravest threats to global health in the 21st century. Resistance to antituberculosis agents undermines decades of progress in tuberculosis control, complicates treatment, and increases both morbidity and mortality. This article provides a comprehensive review of DR-TB from microbiological, clinical, public health, and socioeconomic perspectives. It discusses the mechanisms of resistance in Mycobacterium tuberculosis, outlines diagnostic methodologies, and summarizes therapeutic strategies, including recent advances with novel and repurposed drugs.
