在内蒙古自治区乌兰察布市(兴和县、卓资山县)利用研发出的落叶松尺蠖核型多角体病毒杀虫剂新产品进行林间防效研究,示范面积1000亩。在喷施该病毒杀虫剂12d后,调查表明用落叶松尺蠖病毒复配剂防治落叶松尺蠖效果明显,校正虫口下降率为85.8%。示范基地落叶松尺蠖发生面积明显降低,成灾率在0.2%。
A field control efficacy trial was conducted using a newly developed Larch Looper Nucleopolyhedrovirus (NPV) insecticide product in Xinghe County and Zhuozishan County, Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with a demonstration area of 1,000 mu. Twelve days after spraying the viral insecticide, field investigations showed that the compound formulation of Larch Looper NPV had significant control effects against Larch Looper, with a corrected larval population reduction rate of 85.8%. The occurrence area of Larch Looper in the demonstration base was significantly reduced, with a pest disaster incidence rate of 0.2%.
