CO₂ emission from computer and electronic products manufacturing in the UK 1990-2022

Carbon dioxide emissions attributable to the manufacture of computer, electronic, communication and optical products in the United Kingdom totaled 882,800 metric tons in 2022. Despite seeing an annual increase since 2012, emissions from the manufacturing of these products have fallen by more than 20 percent when compared to 1990 levels. In 2021, there were approximately 5,700 enterprises in the computer, electronic and optical products manufacturing sector.
