本数据为南极中山站地区电离层TEC原始数据，数据格式为RINEX。本数据知识产权归中国科学院地质与地球物理研究所空间环境探测实验室所有，任何单位和个人不得将此数据用于商业用途，用于科研和公益用途时须在由此形成的报告、论文、书籍及任何电子和书面作品中提及和致谢数据所有权单位。
This dataset contains raw ionospheric TEC data from the Zhongshan Station region in Antarctica, with the data format being RINEX. The intellectual property rights of this dataset belong to the Space Environment Detection Laboratory, Institute of Geology and Geophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. No entity or individual is allowed to use this dataset for commercial purposes. For non-commercial uses including scientific research and public welfare, the data ownership institution shall be cited and acknowledged in all reports, academic papers, books, electronic and written works derived from the use of this dataset.
