We previously found that 8:2 FTOH overactivates AHR and results in abnormal mitochondrial metabolism. To study the role of AHR overactivation <i>in vivo</i>, male and female Wistar rats were administered different concentrations of 8:2 FTOH by gavage for 28 days. At the end of the treatment, plasma was collected for broadly targeted metabolomics and lipid metabolomics analysis.
本团队前期研究发现,8:2 FTOH可过度激活芳香烃受体(Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor, AHR),并引发线粒体代谢异常。为探究AHR过度激活的体内(in vivo)生物学作用,本实验通过灌胃方式向雄性和雌性Wistar大鼠给予不同浓度的8:2 FTOH,持续染毒28天。染毒结束后采集血浆,进行广靶代谢组学与脂质代谢组学分析。
