To investigate the function Prrc2b in the regulation of oligodendrocyte progenitor cells development, we isolated oligodendrocyte progenitor cells in brain tissues of Prrc2bf/f and Prrc2bf/f; Olig2-Cre mice at P4. Overall design: To systemically investigate the mechanism underlying the development of hypomyelination in the context of Prrc2b deficiency, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis on in brain tissues of Prrc2bf/f and Prrc2bf/f; Olig2-Cre mice at P4.
