WMS service of the urbanisation plan “Principle Decision Covered Pitches” of the Municipality of Straubenhardt, transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.本数据集为施特劳本哈特（Straubenhardt）市名为“原则性决策覆盖地块（Principle Decision Covered Pitches）”的城市化规划所对应的Web地图服务（WMS），其基于5.0版本的XPlanung数据集，并按照欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE，Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community）规范完成转换。
