Uncovering microbial life-history strategies under disturbance: a trait-based computational analysis of anaerobic systems
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains genome-resolved metagenomic outputs supporting the study “Uncovering microbial life-history strategies under disturbance: a trait-based computational analysis of anaerobic systems.” The data include COG category count, taxonomic assignments and coverage-based relative abundances of metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) recovered from replicated mesophilic anaerobic bioreactors subjected to biomass removal at different disturbance frequencies. MAGs were reconstructed from four co-assemblies of 12 samples and annotated using GTDB-Tk and eggNOG-mapper. The dataset provides the basis for trait-based ecological analyses under Grime’s competitor–stress-tolerant–ruderal (CSR) framework, enabling reproducibility of community-level taxonomic and functional patterns reported in the associated manuscript. These data are intended for reuse in comparative microbial ecology, anaerobic digestion research, and trait-based analyses of disturbed microbial ecosystems.
