RNA-seq of tobacco explants cultured by different NAA concentrations during in vitro tissue culture

RNA-seq of tobacco explants cultured by different NAA concentrations during in vitro tissue culture provides high-resolution transcriptome data,which provides a novel direction and theoretical basis for improving gene editing efficiency in plants by modulating chromatin accessibility through auxin signaling and tissue culture conditions. Approximately 80 tobacco explants were harvested from the media containing 0.1 mg/L or 0.5 mg/L NAA after 2 weeks culture for the following RNA-seq analysis，respectively.
