Investigate the microbiota composition of jejunal digesta

The test mainly investigated the effects of supplementing flaxseed oil and flaxseed grain in diet on jejunal microbiota community in Albas cashmere goats, and investigated whether the shift among blood fatty acid profiles in cashmere goats in response to dietary supplementation of flaxseed or flaxseed oil related to the change of jejunal microbial composition and to explain the possible mechanism of flaxseed oil and grain in ameliorating blood fatty acid profiles.
